Welcome to our online multi-sensory experiences that will have you mastering meditation, mindful stretching and more!

Our mission is to deliver soulful mindfulness and meditation beyond borders.

We offer you an opportunity to practice wherever you are in the world and in a format that works for you. 

Our virtual offerings are a blend of live and self-paced training and are uniquely built to be educational, community focused and multi-sensory in the comfort of your own home.

We want you to have an extraordinary experience. So we highly recommend gathering these meditation props for our virtual classes, courses and programs together. We’ve created a Meditation Starter Kit that includes all of them but you may wish to source these on your own as well.

Our MEDITATION MONDAYS are multi-sensory experiences that are enjoyed in the comfort of your own home.  

That means no matter where in the world you are, you’re welcome to join the Mirosuna community and learn new tools to help you grow your meditation practice.  

Each week will have its own unique theme led by our Practitioners – we like to keep your practice interesting! 

Together we explore different areas of mindfulness and meditation whilst interweaving ancient teachings, lunar cycles, detoxification and breath work.

We created a multi-sensory meditative deep stretching experience for you to enjoy in the comfort of your own home.

In every pose, we combine deep stretching with mindful teachings and meditation. Through our body, we can release the tension and stress that has built up in our mind, body and spirit.

It is also very important to stretch as in our everyday life, whether it’s standing around waiting or sitting down working and driving, we can develop pains and niggles in our shoulders, lower back, hips and thighs. This all leads to a less than optimal posture.

When we stretch deeply, we release our emotional tension that is stored within our physical body, leading to pains and dis-ease. With thoughtfully curated stretch movements, we start to let go of these negative blockages so we can regain flow in our mind, body and spirit again.

We welcome you to try this truly unique class. It’s also perfect for those who struggle to switch off in a traditional meditation.

All levels of experience are welcome.



Breath is literally life and how we breathe is how we live.

The pace and rhythm of our breath can have a huge impact on how we feel moment-to-moment. Our BREATHE classes explore the different ways you can work with this innate powerful medicine to increase your wellbeing and to help you reconnect with your body and the present moment.

Breathing is usually automatic, however, taking the time to control and be present with our breath allows us to receive wonderful and healing benefits including decreasing mental and physical stress, reducing anxiety, improving sleep quality, increasing mindfulness, and enhancing our cognitive performance.

All levels of experience welcomed.
