Sally Kellett is a professional meditation teacher, certified sound meditation practitioner and founder of Mirosuna – a wellbeing hub and mindfulness studio created for busy professionals to truly recharge.

After experiencing the real, tangible benefits of mindfulness herself without giving up hours of her day to meditate, along with studying mindfulness both in Australia and internationally, Sally now teaches others how to bring meditation and mindfulness into their own lives so they see the benefits long after they finish their meditation class.

Mirosuna, meaning ‘the perfect moment to create space for change’, is Sally’s answer to sharing the tools and techniques required for lasting mindfulness without the ‘woo woo’. Combining the most effective ways to experience deep relaxation and access more happiness and meaning in life, Sally has created an urban sanctuary designed to offer the best in sound baths, meditation sessions and mindfulness classes, all optimising the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of anyone who visits.

Whether it’s a mid-week mindfulness class, her trance-inducing sound meditations, or her travels to learn mindfulness direct from Buddhist nuns themselves, Sally’s work always ties back to helping people create more fulfillment, more meaning and more connection in their lives.

I am motivated by the richness and beauty of our human experience – I hold space for you to deepen your intimacy, connection, and relationship with self. My education includes somatic and embodiment therapy, trauma-informed mindfulness, breathwork, hatha yoga, kinesiology and shamanic healing.

I encourage you to meet yourself wherever you are in the moment. I hope that my classes allow you to just be, to feel, and explore a deeper sense of who you are.

My intention is that you learn ways to be in better relationship with your body, mind, emotions and spirit.

I believe wholeheartedly that yoga is for everybody. Yoga is more than poses but a practice of coming to know our wholeness. As a teacher, I am committed to creating a space where everyone is welcome and can participate.

I aim to create a practice informed by mindful and breath-oriented movement, curious and heart-filled inquiry, and a deep acknowledgement of our innate embodied intelligence.

For me, yoga is a way of being and sustaining myself in the world. I see yoga as deeply personal and utterly connected. Drawing on a range of modalities, I hope to share practice that is healing, meditative, restorative, and contemplative.

Through my mindfulness and movement practice, I have reclaimed a sense of wonderment and passion for life, developing a deeper love for the interconnectedness of everything. I want to invite you to a calm and approachable environment to assist you on your journey, helping you to look through a new lens and to break patterns that we often find ourselves stuck in.

My style encompasses mindful movement, breathwork, alignment and internal guided meditation to help you evoke feelings of calm, relaxation, centeredness and clarity. I consider all of the 8 limbs of Yoga through my practice, and love teaching those who are new to exploring and rediscovering the vastness of their mind, body, and senses.

For decades I suffered from severe anxiety. By practicing self awareness, self enquiry and self love I created a new way of living that feels more free. My intention during class is to create a healing, sacred space for you to feel at peace also. To relax both body and mind, dissolve worry and tension, become present and in the quiet, reconnect inwards to the loving voice within you that is your guide to help you feel more free.

When you close your eyes, take a deep breath in, surrender and simply witness the present unfolding, only then are you are able to experience true freedom, love and joy. I look forward to sharing space and being present with you.

As an educator, I encourage play and inquisitiveness. Every one of us is a unique expression of the whole and each of my classes are tailored to empower you through embodied movement, mindfulness and meditation.

As an eternal student, I believe that through the exploration of the internal landscape we can better understand our external landscape and bring more kindness and compassion to ourselves an others.

I liken my practice of yoga and meditation to playing music, singing and dancing. There is no destination to reach, no point to get to – the practice is based solely on being in the present moment and finding a sense of joy in each of those moments.

My goal is to ensure the continual increase of operations efficiency and quality while retaining unwavering attention to the Mirosuna’s core values, mission, and objectives. I particularly enjoy organising data and deciphering it to make good informed decisions that meet our community’s needs.

I am a strong believer in lifelong learning and continuous self-improvement. In my spare time I often enjoy mini courses on novel things. My interests include boat and train adventures, international travel and cultural foods. I am always inspired by people’s stories, visions and culture.

I am a certified Ayurvedic face massage therapist with the London Centre of Champissage International (LCICI). I love working with the natural face rejuvenation method, an approved course with International Institute of Complementary Therapists Australia.

After years of having a corporate career, I had a strong calling to wellness, healing and the need to help others. I particularly wanted to help a loved one find relief and mind-body relaxation during a terminal illness. It has changed the way I understand wellness.

I was particularly drawn to massage and trained in the beautiful form of natural therapeutic facial massage (NFM) to share the holistic health benefits of touch through massage. This therapy allowed me to share my love of touch through face massage, as I deeply believe touch therapy is essential for our health, mind-body development and wellbeing.

What does a reiki or massage session look and feel like? I provide the space for you to disconnect from the outside world, to detach and experience deep relaxation. Imagine feeling completely nurtured, a space where you can just be yourself and surrender.  I also use guided meditation and breathing to enhance your experience of healing and relaxation.

With experience working in a corporate environment for almost 20 years, this has given me the insight of daily stresses and pressure and how over time this can negatively affect our health.

My compassionate and empathetic nature allows me to connect with you on a deeper level.

As I continue along my journey in life I am constantly learning and growing from my own experiences and this allows me to be the best version of myself.

I’m Brittni, an integrative movement and mindfulness coach. Finding pockets of joy every day, and rejuvenating and resting peacefully is central to my personal mantra. 

Over many years, I’ve shaped my own holistic approach to living a healthy, joyous and balanced life through mindful movement, meditation, yoga and positive psychology. My practice is centred around guiding my clients along a healthier and happier path, to connect with and courageously express their authentic selves.  

Every class presents a unique opportunity for students to discover their own, unique practice. I guide students to build an intuitive relationship to movement and mindfulness in a safe and positive environment, holding space for creativity, growth and harmony.
