In our MEDITATE classes, we teach you the secular tools, techniques and different styles of meditation to enable you to live and create a mindful life. These teachings help you create real, long-lasting change even after you have left the class.
You will be able to apply what you learn here in your every day life, helping you find more peace, purpose and perspective.
If you find meditating on your own difficult or have never been shown how to do it, this class will be perfect for you.

Our Yin Yang class brings together an embodied movement flow with the meditative deep stretching and relaxation of a yin practice.
The practice begins with intuitive yang movement to warm up the body and connect to the breath then transitions into the longer holds of yin poses to nourish the deep connective tissues (fascia) of the body, whilst calming the mind and nervous system.
The principles of this class are based on the traditional Chinese medicine fundamentals of harmonising and balancing the yin and yang of the body.
This class is suitable for all levels.
YIN CANDLELIT offers a relaxing and beautiful dive into the deeper layers of our body in an ambient room with lit candles on our meditation beds.
This class is inspired by the Yin principles of ‘being’ and ancient Chinese philosophies and Taoist principles which believe there are pathways of Qi (energy) that run through our bodies. By stretching and deepening into poses, we’re opening up any blockages and releasing that energy to flow freely.
Each pose is held for 3 – 5 minutes, sometimes longer, to reach the connective tissues of the body – the tendons, fasciae, and ligaments with the aim of increasing circulation in the joints and improving flexibility.
These classes also focus on breathing, internal meditation and relaxation to help you connect deeply with your mind and body for a truly relaxing and calming experience.
All levels of experience welcomed. This is a pregnancy friendly class.
In every pose, we combine deep stretching with mindful teachings and meditation. Through our body, we can release the tension and stress that has built up in our mind, body and spirit.
It is also very important to stretch as in our everyday life, whether it’s standing around waiting or sitting down working and driving, we can develop pains and niggles in our shoulders, lower back, hips and thighs. This all leads to a less than optimal posture.
When we stretch deeply, we release our emotional tension that is stored within our physical body, leading to pains and dis-ease. With thoughtfully curated stretch movements, we start to let go of these negative blockages so we can regain flow in our mind, body and spirit again.
We welcome you to try this truly unique class. It’s also perfect for those who struggle to switch off in a traditional meditation.

Breath is literally life and how we breathe is how we live.
The pace and rhythm of our breath can have a huge impact on how we feel moment-to-moment. Our BREATHE classes explore the different ways you can work with this innate powerful medicine to increase your wellbeing and to help you reconnect with your body and the present moment.
Breathing is usually automatic, however, taking the time to control and be present with our breath allows us to receive wonderful and healing benefits including decreasing mental and physical stress, reducing anxiety, improving sleep quality, increasing mindfulness, and enhancing our cognitive performance.
