Holistic Counselling is a type of trauma-informed therapy that seeks to restore balance within you by working with the entirety of you – your past experiences, past connections and attachments, physical and social environments and your conditioning.
This modality is incredibly thorough and aims to get to the root of the issue to create long-lasting change.
It differs from traditional counselling as there is an emphasis on the nervous system and processing stagnant energy. Holistic Counselling aims to give you lots of useful tools and techniques to facilitate your healing.

Melissa Caccamo is our in-house Holistic Counsellor. She is extremely intuitive, nurturing and kind.

What we love about Holistic Counselling is that there’s a focus is to understand and
address the underlying cause of issues, as opposed to simply just masking the symptom.
Another aspect that sets this therapy apart from others, is that every modality is
experiential. This work definitely cannot be compared with traditional talk therapy.

Our Holistic Counselling experiences can either be online or in person in our South Melbourne studio at 18A Ross St, South Melbourne, Victoria.
Just come as yourself and your intention of what you would like to focus on for the day. Always arrive 5 minutes prior to your session whether it is in-studio or online.
We offer 1 hour, 1.5 hour and 2 hour sessions. For first time clients, we recommend you book atleast the 1.5 hour appointment. We can do these sessions in-studio or online. It is completely up to you and what you are most comfortable with.
