This Palo Santo spray is one of our favourite sprays for cleaning our meditation space to cleanse any negative energy. Palo Santo provides clearing, protection and wisdom to help us ground in our meditation practice.

This 100 ml Palo Santo spray is made in Australia using distilled water and sustainably harvested Palo Santo essential Oil (Bursera Graveolens) from Peru. Palo Santo (referred to as the Holy wood) has been used for centuries by the Inca’s and people of the Andes in ritual and spiritual practices that we continue to adopt in our practices today at Mirosuna.
Instructions
Spray this Palo Santa spray in your space right before you are about to enter your meditation practice. Spend a moment with your eyes closed, to ground and set an intention for letting go of any energy that doesn’t serve you in this moment. Take in slow deep breaths and welcome in new and higher energy that can assist you with your practice and your life in this present moment. After you have cleansed your space, you may continue on with your practice.
